Kindermusik Village is for
lap babies, crawlers and walkers accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Village provides the natural learning your child is ready
for from the first days of life. With you at the center of your baby’s
discovery, Village engages all of his/her senses and rewards his/her curiosity
with object and instrument exploration, vocal play, singing, creative
movement, and a colorful literature component. Multi-level activities
encourage you to make creative choices as he/she grows from a lap baby to a
crawler to a walker.
One of my daughter's most
memorable moments from Kindermusik is the look on her face every time
Luanne plays the slide whistle
(teaches the concepts of up and down, high and low)
during Hickory Dickory Dock. She is in awe over
the instrument Luanne plays. Also, she loves the scarf play. She can't
stop smiling about them.

Babies In This Age Group are
Changing More Rapidly than at any other time in their Development
Therefore, each activity
presents features and choices for lap babies, crawling babies, and
walking babies, each participating at his/her own level. The Lap
baby may be crawling, and the
crawling baby may be walking by the end of the course. Diversity is expected and welcomed. There
is never the need to ask: "Am I doing it right?"
Kindermusik Village teaches "your baby's way is the right way."
Watch and take note. Then enjoy exchanging ideas and observations
with other parents.
This has been a great class and a wonderful way
to expose your child to other types of music. Interaction with
other people has been terrific. She sings "La, La, La, La."
I think it has helped her to listen to the songs and enjoy them more.

Parent Education
Emotional development is dependent upon
the care received at an early age. The child who receives love,
attention and the encouragement to explore and learn is most likely to
have a more highly developed amygdala, the part of the brain that allows
a person to calm themselves. The parts of the brain that control

 This is just one of the many
developmental concepts that you will be exposed to in the Village
experience. You will be amazed as you play with and observe your
little one grow and learn throughout your classroom and home experience
as you utilize the At Home Materials. These include specially
commissioned artwork to attract the attention of the developing eyes of
our babies and uses bright, bold, contrasting images and colors.
The CD's and literature books will be treasured for years to come.
Kindermusik Village
